These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between God Game Platform (hereinafter "Service") and users regarding the use of online game services.
Article 2 (Definitions)
"Service"refers to the online game service provided by God Game Platform, including Omok, Janggi, Chess, Xiangqi, Pool, Yut Nori, Fishing, Dots and Boxes, Territory, Puzzle, Alkkagi, 3D Golf, and more.
"User" refers to members and non-members who access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
"Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Service and continuously receives information and uses the Service.
"Guest" refers to a person who temporarily uses the Service with only a nickname without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or notified to users by other means.
The Service may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws when reasonable grounds arise, and the amended Terms become effective upon notification.
Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue using the Service and withdraw their membership.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
The Service provides the following game services:
Omok (Gomoku):A game where the player who first places 5 consecutive stones on a 15x15 board wins
Janggi:Traditional Korean strategy board game
Chess:Game following international chess rules
Pool (Billiards):8-ball pool game
Yut Nori:Traditional Korean board game
Fishing:Fishing simulation game
Xiangqi:Traditional Chinese strategy board game
Dots and Boxes:Connect lines to claim more boxes
Territory:Real-time game of expanding and claiming areas
Puzzle:Jigsaw puzzle game
Alkkagi:Flick your pieces to knock out the opponent’s
3D Golf:3D golf game aiming for a hole-in with your swing
The service may change, add, or suspend all or part of the games it offers as needed for operational or technical reasons, and as a free service, may terminate the service after prior notice (or afterwards in urgent cases).
Article 5 (Registration and Withdrawal)
Registration is completed when the user agrees to the terms, fills in the required information in the sign-up form, and submits it. Only those aged 14 or older may register.
The Service may not approve membership registration applications that fall under any of the following:
Using another person's information
Providing false information
Interfering with Service operations
Members may request account withdrawal at any time through the in-service feature. Upon withdrawal, the member’s personal data and account data are processed (in principle, deleted without delay) in accordance with the Privacy Policy. However, information subject to a retention obligation under applicable law may be kept for the relevant period.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following activities:
Stealing others' personal information
Intentionally interfering with Service operations
Using profanity, slander, threats, or other offensive behavior toward other users
Manipulating game results through unfair means
Using automated programs (bots) to play games
Exploiting bugs in games
Posting advertisements for commercial purposes
Violating laws and regulations
Article 7 (Service Characteristics)
This Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.
In-game scores, points (FO), ratings, etc. are virtual values for gameplay only, have no actual monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or traded.
No form of cash transactions or gambling is permitted.
This Service is intended for healthy leisure activities.
A guest (non-member)’s nickname, records, and points are stored only in the user’s own browser (local storage) and may be lost by clearing browser data or changing devices. The service does not guarantee the preservation of guest data.
Article 8 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)
The Service may restrict or suspend use if a user violates these Terms or interferes with normal Service operations.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The Service is exempt from liability when unable to provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service interruptions.
The Service is not responsible for service disruptions caused by user negligence.
The Service is not responsible for the accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by users.
The Service is provided free of charge and is not liable for any damages resulting from its use.
Article 10 (Copyright and User Content)
Copyright and intellectual property rights for content created by the Service belong to the Service.
Users may not commercially use information obtained through the Service without prior consent.
The user who created a post, comment, or chat message (“content”) on boards, chat, etc. is responsible for it, and the service is not liable for the accuracy or legality of its content.
Users must not post content that infringes others’ rights or violates laws or these Terms.
If content is deemed inappropriate—such as violating laws or these Terms or infringing others’ rights—the service may delete, hide, or restrict access to it without prior notice.
Users grant the service permission to use their content within the scope necessary to operate, display, and store the service.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes between the Service and users shall be resolved through mutual consultation.
If consultation fails, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
These Terms and use of the service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any lawsuit shall be filed with the competent court as prescribed by applicable law.
